The importance of our Values to our employees
Watch our video talking to some of St Wilfrid’s employees about our Values and what they mean to them.
Our Vision
Our vision is for all dying people and their loved ones to have access to the support and care they need.
For our vision to succeed, it is vital that we welcome, understand the needs of, and can support people with diverse backgrounds, characteristics and needs. It is also core to our success that our employees, volunteers and supporters champion equality, embrace our spirit of inclusivity and reflect the diversity of the community we serve.

Our Patient Promise
We are committed to making a difference to our patients, their loved ones and all of our supporters.
From the way we care, how we communicate and how we raise funds, everything is done to continue the incredible end-of-life services we provide.

Having St Wilfrid’s those last two days made all the difference. We can actually remember our last shared laugh with Mum – with us riding the stair lift up and down sharing and spilling cups of tea on the way up and down, with mum listening in from her bedroom. It’s those simple little moments that take you back and you can cherish ever afterward.
