Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts
We understand that after a loved one has died, it can bring comfort in choosing a way to remember them. At St Wilfrid’s we have many ways to remember someone, from making a dedication on our Memory Tree at our Hospice in Bosham, to creating an online memory page where you can upload memories, stories and pictures.
Your gift in memory of a loved one can also help other patients and their families and loved ones too, by helping us continue to provide our vital end of life services to the local community. Thank you for letting us help you choose a way to remember.
