St Wilfrid’s Hospice is offering you the opportunity to take on a bespoke trek across the Sahara Desert in Morocco over 6 days, experiencing the traditional Berber way of life and the incredible landscape of ancient dried riverbeds, rolling dunes and sun-baked plains. After each day of trekking, you will camp under the desert sky and witness the star-filled nights, and enjoy stories with your fellow trekkers around a campfire
This isn’t just a trek though, by taking part and fundraising you’ll be helping to raise vital funds for St Wilfrid’s Hospice, supporting us in providing expert end-of-life and palliative care to local lives in your community.
Taking on a trek like this can be a spiritual experience for those who wish to walk in memory of someone. For others it will be the physical challenge that calls to them.
