These therapies provide huge benefits, such as promoting relaxation, reducing anxiety, and improve wellbeing. Our new Living Well Centre provides the perfect space to facilitate as range of creative and therapeutic activities.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our volunteering team for a qualified, passionate, and experienced Yoga instructor. The main purpose of the role would be to facilitate seated yoga sessions to patients, on a voluntary basis.
We are ideally looking for therapist to commit to a regular weekly or fortnightly class when our Living Well Centre re-opens later this year.
