Do you have a few hours a month available? Could you share your knowledge and enthusiasm to help the local community? We are looking for new Trustees to support the work of St Wilfrid's Hospice.
The Board sets the strategy for, and oversees governance of, the Hospice which prides itself on providing the highest quality end of life care to our local community. Serving as a Trustee gives excellent personal and professional development, whilst being part of a great team. Trustees are volunteers and support and training are provided.
The Board is looking to appoint new Trustees and co-opted members of sub committees, and we would be delighted to hear from you if you have experience of strategic leadership at senior or board level. An understanding of the charity sector is desirable but not essential.
We are particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience in the following areas:
- HR / Organisational Development
- Healthcare professional
- Marketing and Communications
- Financial and Accounting management
Applicants would need to have some availability, including during office hours, and preferably live and/or work within our catchment area (from Emsworth in the west to Arundel in the east and the Downs in the north).
If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch – we would love to hear from you. For an informal chat please contact either Alison Moorey, Chief Executive, on 01243 755802 or by email to email@example.com or Soline Jerram, Chair of Trustees, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Closing date for receipt of applications – Thursday 16 April at 5pm.
