We want to help each and every one of our patients, and their loved ones, to make the most of every day.

That’s why we encourage them to come to the Living Well Centre, to take part in activities, socialise and laugh, we arrange for patients to come into our Ward for symptom control, or end of life care. It’s why we try to ensure they remain independent and place no restrictions on the visiting times of their family and friends – even their pets are welcome.

And, it’s why we do our very best to enable patients to stay in their own homes, wherever possible, for as long as possible, supported by our St Wilfrid’s Community Nurses.
