Captain Tom 100

Following the outpouring of heartfelt messages since the death of Captain Sir Tom Moore on 2 February, his family pledged to celebrate his life with an event that everyone, in the UK and around the world, could be involved in. That event is the Captain Tom 100 and St Wilfrid's Hospice is proud to be inviting our supporters to take part.

All participants need to do is dream up a Captain Tom 100 challenge based around the number 100 and do it at any time and anywhere over Captain Tom’s birthday weekend – starting on Friday 30 April through to Bank Holiday Monday 3 May.

Do it yourself

St Wilfrid’s Hospice got its start with just 12 people with a dream and a drive to make a difference to this local community. Over thirty years later St Wilfrid’s Hospice touches the lives of hundreds each year, bringing compassionate end of life care to those who need it most.

Whether it is getting fit or crafting from home, pursuing a long-held passion or starting something new – we’re here to support you to be part of the Hospice community. Whether we are in lockdown, socially isolating or simply in a bubble, we can all get actively involved and play our part in supporting vital hospice care.
