Dream Wheelers 2018

Join our team from Thursday 17th May to Sunday 20th May for a 100 mile bike ride around Normandy, France. Open to cyclists of all abilities, you may cycle at your own pace and enjoy the evenings at your leisure in this beautiful French region.

Itinerary

Please note that exact details and timings will be added as they are confirmed.

Day One – Thursday 17th May

Meeting in Portsmouth, you’ll catch the overnight ferry to Caen. This time is your own, so if you need a good 8 hours’ sleep before hopping on the saddle, or if you prefer to unwind with a few drinks at the bar, it’s your choice.

Day Two – Friday 18th May

It’s straight off the ferry to tackle the first 50 miles, taking you past Sword Beach and up to Deauville, via Cabourg and Houlgate, ending at the hotel where you will spend the first night.

Day Three – Saturday 19th May

After hopefully an ache-free night’s sleep, it's off for the second 50 mile stretch, which takes you through the beautiful French countryside to Caen via Pegasus Bridge ending at the hotel in Ouistreham for your second night’s stay.

Day Four – Sunday 20th May

It’s up and out, ready to catch the ferry back to Portsmouth, where you are welcome to join us for a celebratory drink before you head home.
