Terms & Conditions – Online Shop

These terms set out the basis on which we will sell products from our online shop to you, so please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will publish any changes to these Terms and Conditions on this page and any changes shall apply from the date on which they are published. These Terms and Conditions must be checked prior to placing any orders on this Website.

Ordering from our website

We aim to ensure that our products match the photos and description on our website.

We do our best to make sure all items offered in our online shop are in stock. If an item runs out of stock, we will remove it as soon as this happens

Your order only becomes a contract with us when we notify you by email that your item(s) have been dispatched. Any products on the same order which are not mentioned in our dispatch email do not form part of that contract.

If we cannot fulfill some or all of the items you have purchased, we will contact you and explain the reason for this and your options. If we cannot supply you with the item(s) you ordered, we will inform you of this by email and offer you either another item from our shop as exchange or a payment refund.

If you wish to change your order at any time, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but this may not always be possible. If we can’t make the change you require, or we have already sent your item(s) to you, you may consider cancelling your order.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change the prices of the items in our online shop at any time. The price for all items are clearly displayed in their description and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). All applicable delivery fees will be displayed during checkout and before you commit to purchase. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We try to ensure that the prices displayed are correct, however, occasionally there might be errors. If we notice this before we have accepted your order, we will inform you by email and ask if you still wish to purchase the relevant item at the correct price or cancel your order. If we have already accepted your order before noticing this error, we may still cancel your order if the error was an obvious one that you could reasonably have recognised as a mistake and you do not agree to pay the correct price.

Method of Payment

For orders placed via our online shop, we accept all major and debit cards. Payments are processed by our payment processing service, Stripe.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your details you confirm that the credit or debit card is yours.

You will own the item(s) you have ordered once we have received payment in full, but we will remain responsible for it until we have delivered it to the address you gave us when placing your order.

Delivery

When you make an order online, we charge a delivery fee to cover the costs of posting your parcel. The fee amount will depend on the weight of your order, and will be displayed during checkout, before completing your purchase. For light parcels we use Royal Mail 2nd Class, and for heavier parcels we may use EVRI or ParcelForce.

Delivery times are normally 2-5 working days for anywhere within the UK. At this moment we only deliver to UK addresses.

We shall not be responsible to you for any delays in the delivery of items that are caused by events outside of our control. However, we will contact you as soon as possible if we become aware of potential delays with your order. 

Damaged or Not as described Items

You have a legal right to return any item that does not match the description on our website, is not fit for its intended purpose or is not of satisfactory quality. You are entitled to a refund if you tell us this within 30 days of receipt of the item, or you may request a replacement item instead. We may request the item to be returned to us before processing a refund, in which case we will provide a prepaid postage label.

Cancelling your order

You are entitled to cancel any order you have made online for any reason up to and including 14 days after the day on which you receive your purchase unless your item:

  • is made to your specification or clearly personalised;
  • is likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as items of food or flowers);
  • becomes inseparably mixed with other goods after they are delivered to you;
  • is sealed for health protection and/or hygiene reasons and the seal is broken after the item is delivered to you; or
  • is a sealed audio or video recording (such as a CD and DVD) where the seal is broken after the item is delivered to you

If you cancel your order before we dispatch it, we will refund in full your payment for that order no later than 14 days after the day of you telling us you want to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your order once you have received it, you should send the items back to us as soon as possible, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you tell us you want to cancel your order. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

We will then refund you the following sums:

  • the purchase price; and
  • provided that you are returning the entirety of your order, the delivery costs paid by you, up to the amount charged for the least expensive kind of delivery service we offer,

These will be paid within 14 days after the day we receive the item back from you or you providing evidence that you returned the item to us (if earlier). We will make reimbursement using the same method as you used for your initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that we may make a deduction if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item, and later discover you have handled it in an unacceptable way, you will be required to pay us as appropriate.

We use the personal information you provide to us in order to process your payment and fulfill your order. With your consent, we will contact you to let you know about products, offers and discounts from our online shop .
