St Wilfrid’s Hospice is an independent charity based in Chichester. For over 30 years it has been caring for and supporting those in our community during the last phase of their lives.

In January 2017 we marked the 30th anniversary of the admission of our first patient. Since 1987, St Wilfrid’s has cared for over 16,000 patients, as well as providing support for their loved ones.

The clinical Nurse Specialist and Hospice at Home teams continued to support the vast majority of hospice patients in their own homes. The average daily number of patients supported increased by 16% to 268 in 2016/17.

The growing demand for our services highlights the need for a new Hospice!

As of April 2018 – the #DREAMBUILDING campaign has raised 88% of the target, which is at least £15.5million. However, there is still £1.8million left to raise over the next 11 months.

Therefore, we need YOU to become a DREAMBUILDER and help us reach our target and raise the remaining funds for a new 21st century hospice!

There are many ways you can be a DREAMBUILDER! Host your own fundraiser, attend an event, make a one-off donation or even by volunteering. Have a browse on our website to get ideas and find out about our upcoming events!
