Goodwood Revival Volunteer Registration

St Wilfrid’s Hospice are delighted to have been chosen as the Charity Partner of the year for the iconic Goodwood Revival, taking place from Friday 6th to the Sunday 8th of September 2024.

We are recruiting for volunteers who would be prepared to join us for one day (or more!) at Revival, helping us collect donations throughout the three-day event. This is a fantastic opportunity for us, and we want to maximise every chance to raise vital funds for your Hospice.

What will the volunteering days look like?

Shift patterns will be in place throughout the day, but volunteers will also get some time off to enjoy the event. All volunteers will be expected to arrange their own transport to and from the event, including any car sharing, should you require this.

Will the volunteering days be physical?

It is important to note that these volunteering days will be long and active. The event itself covers a large area and you will be on your feet for most of the day. In the past the weather has ranged from glorious hot summer days to wind and rain, so you need to be confident that you can fundraise in any conditions. We plan to go ahead in all weather conditions unless advised otherwise by Goodwood.

We also request that our volunteers fit in with the spirit of the event and we have chosen a 1940’s dress theme. In the lead up to the event we will share fun and easy ideas on how you can adopt this theme in various ways.

Volunteers may be 16+, however, anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.  Volunteers will work in groups collecting donations, either at set locations or roaming in specific areas.

Thank you for considering taking the time to support your local Hospice by volunteering.
