This half day session covers different strategies and methods to enhance communication and listening skills in our day to day working life whatever our role in health and social care.
The session focuses on the communication principles used in conversations and how ways of communicating impact on the person. It is designed to complement SAGE & THYME® foundation level which gives you a model to use if someone is upset or distressed in any way. This workshop will explore the communication skills you need to use this model. Please note, this workshop can be accessed alone and without attending SAGE & THYME® - it's for everyone!!
