Thursday 21 March 2024 9.15am – 12.45pm (face to face at the Education Centre)

Price:    £50 to include all course materials.

Where:  Either face to face at the Education Centre or Virtual via Microsoft Teams.

This half day course is suitable for Registered nurses from all clinical settings.

The session will provide an introduction to the assessment of some of the common symptoms experienced by people at the end of life, including pain, nausea and vomiting, respiratory secretions and terminal agitation.

This morning complements the knowledge and skills gained on the Management of Syringe Drivers course which takes place in the afternoon, and which will include some of the key drugs prescribed to manage these symptoms.

This course will be held at the Education Centre or virtually via Microsoft Teams which can be booked below – please ensure that individual emails are supplied as we are unable to accept generic emails.
