Do you work in a learning disability setting in the St Wilfrid’s Hospice catchment area? Then this is for you!

It will provide a free-of-charge blend of education around a topic related to end of life care, and discussion. You will have opportunity to share experience, skills and knowledge from your own practice in a supportive environment, to encourage and learn together.
