Behind the Scenes of Volunteering
Join us for tea and cake at our latest Drop-in session.
On Saturday 21st May, we are inviting you to drop-in to take a peek behind the curtains to find out what it is like to volunteer at donation centre at Terminus Road Chichester (22 Terminus Road, Chichester, PO19 8TR) anytime between 10.00AM to 2.00PM.
This is a great opportunity to get a better understanding of the work that goes into helping run the Hospice and also an opportunity to make new friends.
You’ll get to learn how rewarding and interesting our donation centre is, you never know what will be donated!
Being a volunteer is a great way to spend your free time and looks great on CVs when applying for jobs or university placements. It also helps to build confidence and there is flexibility with how much time you give.
Come along and enjoy a great day out with some tea and cake over a chat about how our volunteers are vital for raising funds to support local people facing terminal illness.

To learn more, contact our Volunteering Team at: volunteers.office@stwh.co.uk or call 01243 755815.
I LOVE selling! It’s very interesting and you can pick anything up!
Recently the hospice made over £1,000 from pictures that went to Henry Adams for auction.
You never know what you will find in the donations. I love watching what items are bid for.
