An opportunity for an HR Advisor has arisen to join our HR and Payroll team.
The successful candidate will provide a business partnering approach to the delivery of HR Services and Strategy, through a pro-active style of guiding and enabling managers on the use of policies, procedures and self-service systems.
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will need to be confident in reviewing and developing processes in line with business needs, employment law changes and best practice, and be driven in delivering on delegated HR projects and initiatives. With scope to develop the role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to help build good working relationships across the hospice, plus having excellent organisational and planning skills can support a varied range of HR activities as part of a dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who has attained Level 5 CIPD (or working towards) with at least 3 years of generalist HR experience, up to date knowledge of employment law, consultation and engagement processes.
