HR Administrator

Salary: Starting £22,119 pro-rata (contribution assessed salary range up to £24,524)
Hours: 22.5 hours to 24 hours per week (Flexible work pattern options considered)

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR team providing generalist services to all areas of the Hospice including Clinical, Retail and Support services. 

To be successful you will ideally have a background or experience working within a HR function, but will have a desire to develop, be pro-active and make a difference.  With excellent customer service and communication skills you will provide an organised, welcoming and comprehensive approach to the delivery of HR services, acting as a first point of contact for all customers to the HR team.

As an HR Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of the ‘employee lifecycle’ including appointments, contractual changes and leavers, provide guidance to line managers and employees on the use of policies and processes with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and analyse data that informs trends and decision making.
