We are looking for a Flag Ship Charity Shop Manager to join our team help raise income and be a key ambassador for St Wilfrid’s Hospice.
As the successful applicant you will love meeting our customers & supporters in the local area. Leading a large team of staff & volunteers to help develop our retail experience and through this, generate vital income for our Hospice by meeting the shops’ strategic and operational goals.
As a flag ship shop manager you will be a brand ambassador for St Wilfrid’s Hospice in customer and community relations, with key responsibility to the high traffic and visible city centre shop location.
The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable and organised, with the ability to take responsibility for the shop, be IT competent and have strong communication skills, to help collaboration with colleagues across the Hospice and in the community. With the experience of networking and leading and developing a team through training and coaching of others. Previous charity shop manager experience is desirable. This role is hands-on and will involve manual handling.
