An opportunity has arisen to join our Retail team in the role of eCommerce Assistant, reporting to the eCommerce Manager. Working out of our Chichester Donation Centre, Terminus Road (PO19 8TX)
The successful candidate will assist in the generation of income through our online retail operation, to support the Hospice and Retail Strategy. Responsibilities include listing goods onto our Ebay shop, supporting the eCommerce team in daily post-sales tasks, and exploring new online channels for growth.
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication and is confident in liaising with customers. Is able to work both independently and as part of a team, who enjoys a varied role and problem solving.
We are ideally looking for someone with good IT skills, has a good understanding of social media and comfortable using mobile apps.
