An introduction to the core idea that people's emotional reactions and behaviour are strongly influenced by their thoughts, beliefs and interpretations about themselves and the life situation in which they find themselves.
Over three days this exploration will be experienced within the safe, caring environment of mindfulness practice: the body scan (day one), sitting meditation (day two) and mindful movement (day three).
The intention is that during this introduction participants will develop a better understanding of the experience of stress and will build some everyday skills to support themselves.
Days can be accessed individually.
