This half day course covers different strategies and methods to enhance communication and listening skills.
The course will focus on the communication principles used in supportive conversations and how ways of communicating impact on the person. It will help students to understand methods for effective communication with a distressed patient/service user and/or their family member and be more confident in using these methods.
*If you work outside of Kent, Surrey, Sussex there will be a charge of £40 per person.
